NEW PLYMOUTH v. WEST END. After successfully defending the banner against two assaults, the West End just failed to hold it against New Plymouth on Thursday, there bejng a margin of only four points against them, while thev were up in three rinks and down only in one. Both clubs were strongly represented, and tho green was in excellent order, but the strong wind made it a little difficult.
