10 THE EDITOR. Sir, —It was a significant fact that during all the discussions regarding the. Sunday tram service, not one voice was raised in protest against the inevitable desecration of the Sabbath which will ensue. All that the promoters seemed to consider was only whether the enterprise would pay or not. It strikes mo that, what with our so-called sacred concerts, beach demonstrations, Sunday trams, etc., the thin edge of the wedge of the Continental Sabbath is being insidiously inserted here, and that state of 'affairs will not tend to the uplifting or weli-being of our community.—l am, etc., „ ANIi-SUNDAi TEAMS.
