In connection with tho deficient supply of men for the Eleventh Reinforcements it is pointed out that if the Eleventh Reinforcements are a fortnight or throe weeks late behind scheduled time in leaving the departure of subsequent drafts wifi" bo delayed in proportion, the reason being that tho time-table for transports has boon so narrowed down that they cannot imssibly got back in time to complete future engagements.
