As a result of the outbreak of measles at Tmiiham camp, a number of men have been scut to the Wellington Hospital, which has boon somewhat disorganised as a result, ami three of the eases have proved fatal. ’flu l mutter was discussed by tho Hospital Board to-day, and the Defence Department was criticised for commandeering the city ho.spitaf accommodation in such a maimer, one speaker remarking that it looked as if the Defence Department, had neglected its duty in not having proper hospital accommodation of its own at ’he camp. The hoard decided to urge the Government to make immediate provision for hospital accommodation at Treutham.
