FREIGHTS TO SAN FRANCISCO, PER PRESS ASSOCIATION AUCKLAND, April 20. Freight rates on dairy produce between Wellington and San Francisco and Auckland and Vancouver were referred to hy the Prime Minister, who said that he had arranged with _ the shinping companies for a very considerable reduction in the freight rates m questiou.
