The Employers’ Federation at Dublin, replying to criticisms, justifieo its abandonment of the conference on the ground that it is impossible to make effective agreements. TROUBLE ON ENGLISH RAILWAY. (Received Sept. 16, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15. Three London and, North-Western railwayman at Liverpool were suspended for refusing to handle Dublin traffic. Seven, hundred have struck in sympathy, despite their leaders’ ad-
vice.
