Bates’ forecast foi the twenty-four hours from 3 a.m, today is as follows: —■ _ The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, easterly moderate to strong winds prevailing, and veering by E. to N. There is a present, prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness. The night will probably be very cold. Barometer little movement, but the barometer has falling tendency after about 24. hours. Seas moderate, tides good. '
