The Rev. D. C. Bates’ forecast for the twenty-four hours from 9 a.m. todav is as follows. . - The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly wind prevailing. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but at times expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer little movement. Seas moderate, tides poor. - !
