BANKRUPTCY DISCHARGE REFUSED. Per Press Association. GISBORNE. June 28._ The Supreme Court refused a discharge iu bankruptcy asked for by John Drummond, sawmiller, of Matawai, the judge remarking that he had gone into bankruptcy through the Native Land Court, through having financed the cutting up of the Native township at Nuhaka into 250 sections and assigning owners for each section. The Natives are very jubilant, as the sections are bound to find_ their way into the market, and it is expected that' an extensive township will be established in the centre of a'rich district.
