APPEAL COURT.
THE SUGAR TRUST. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 1. After a protracted hearing tthe Sugar Trust case was concluded to-day. Mr. Husking, for the Sugar Com-, pany, ended his address in reply to the case for the Crown made by the Attor-ney-General and Sir John Findlay. Shortly before the luncheon adjournment Mr. Skerrett commenced his reply for the Merchants’ Association and other defendants. At the conclusion of his reply the court intimated that it would take time to consider its decision.
