The High Court has granted the Marconi Company the right to inspect the Commonwealth wireless stations in connection with the action against the Commonwealth for an alleged infringement of patent rights. Mr. Justice Isaacs demurred, on the ground that the granting of the order would abolish all secrecy and would moan that the guns and other war material could be inspected by anyone showing that a priraa facie case of infringement had been made out.
