(Received March 20, 10.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 20.' Sir Gerald Stricklanfi. presided at a great gathering in the Town Hall in celebration of the Livingstone centenary. Splendid tributes were paid to the great missionary, explorer and Empire builder.
