THE REFORM PARTY.
MEETING IN WELLINGTON. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 4. Members of the Opposition have assembled in Wellington from all parts of New Zealand.' Twenty-five out of thirty of the party are here for the 'caucus, which was opened in Parliament Buildings. It is practically a full meeting of the party, because the members not present have been satisfactorily accounted for. Mr. Massey remarked during the adjournment that the caucus, had work to keep it busy for more than one day. He might be in Wellington for several days—perhaps a week. He was silent regarding the business of the conclave, but he said that his party was as solid as a stone wall. It is gathered unofficially that the party is discussing the first terras of a no-confidence motion, which will be proposed to the Address-in-Reply when Parliament meets, and secondly the policy which the Opposition, if it succeeds in reaching the Treasury benches, will put forward.
