WHITELEY TOWNSHIP LEASES.

We draw our readers attention to the advertisement in to-day’s issue of the leases to be offered on Thursday afternoon next. Owing to the recent development in the oil industry (the neighbourhood being oil producing country) and the proposed trams to bo run right by the property, these sections must command special attention by investors. Nine of the leases to bo offered are at present free of boring rights and the trustees ivhilc reserving the right to bore on these make a stipulation - that any moneys received from oil obtained is to be shared equally by the trustees and the purchaser. The same allowance applies to the sections on which the rights are already granted. Full particulars of upset rentals and any other information may be had at Mr. Newton King’s office.
