THE SULTAN RESCUED. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. TANGIER, April 19. French troops have occupied the disturbed area in Fez, and rescued the Sultan. The troops lost ten killed. Two forces of tho Aityussi tribe are marching to help the rebels.
