Replying to Mr. Parker, Air. L. V. Harcourt said that no salaries were paid to the British commissioners, but they wore allowed their expenses of subsistence when abroad. Mr. Parker gave notice to move at tho earliest opportunity, calling attention to the composition of tho commission.
