A SUGGESTED INCREASE

Tho. Times declares that tho British Army in Egypt is dangerously low, especially in view of tho possibilities of the Turko-Italian war. It suggests that when troops are withdrawn from South Africa they should ho sent to Egypt, which is an incomparable training ground, being both healthy and inexpensive.
