The Canterbury J.C. autumn meeting was continued to-day. The weather was fine in the early portion of the day, but in tho middle of the atternoon rain commenced, accompanied by thunder. Addington Plato, 5 furlongs,—Aimwell 1, Achilla 2, Muscadine 3. Won by six lengths, with a head between second and third. Time, Imin 3g_sec. Twentieth Challenge Stakes, 7 furlongs.—Autumnus 1, Bandeira 2, Broun Owl 3. Autumnus and Brown Owl were coupled. AA’on by three quarters of a length, with a length between second and third horses. Time, Imin 28sec. Templeton Handicap, 6 furlongs.— Gapon 1, Pilgrim’s AV'ay 2, Clanmona 3. . Final Handicap, 1 mile.—Alira 1, Bellah 2, Oratava 3. Aimwell, winner of the Addington Plate, was bought in by the owner at £43, and Friwolliti, winner of the Giracrack race yesterday, was bought in by the owner at £4O.
