Tho tote receipts for the whole meeting were £38,527, as against £35.597 last year. Additional results were as follow; Tvimbolton Hurdle Handicap, 11 miles.—Silva 1, Stevens 2, AVatcrworks 3. Easter Handicap, of SOOsovs; li miles.—Khamsin. 7.9, 1; Sir Knox, 8.8, 2; Flingot, 7.2,. 3. Won easily. Time, 2uiin 17soc. Rewa Hack Handicap, 6 furlongs.— Lady A'olga 1. Zetes 2, Aluletoer 3. Won by a clear length. Time, Imin 20Jsec. Scurry.—Rector Girl 1, Awahon 2, Aviatrix. AVon by two lengths. Time, Imin 13*scc. Alahino AVelter, 1 mile.—Plantation 1, Afterthought 2, Avannce 3. AA’on by a length. Time, Imin 49sec. In the Kimbolton Hurdles, Pritchard was thrown from Leolanter and sustained a broken log. CANTERBURY JOCKEY CLUB, CHRISTCHURCH, April 9. The Canterbury J.C. autumn meeting was continued to-day. The weather was fine in the early portion of the day, but in tho middle of the atternoon rain commenced, accompanied by thunder. Totalisator receipts were £19,467, making £4-Ls67 10s lor the two days, against £08,628 last year. Additional results were as follows ; A'ajdhurst AVelter Handicap, 7 furlongs.—Effort 1, Kilts 2, Sea King 3. AVon by a length, with a length and a half between second and third horses. Time, Imin 27Jsec. Great Autumn Handicap, li miles. .—Los Angelos 1, Masterpiece 2, Alidnight Sun 3. Won by two lengths, with a long neck between second and third horses. Time, 2min 3-Hsec. Addington Plato, 5 furlongs,—Aimwell 1, Achilla 2, Muscadine 3. Won by six lengths, with a head between second and third. Time, Imin 3g_sec. Twentieth Challenge Stakes, 7 furlongs.—Autumnus 1, Bandeira 2, Broun Owl 3. Autumnus and Brown Owl were coupled. AA’on by three quarters of a length, with a length between second and third horses. Time, Imin 28sec. Templeton Handicap, 6 furlongs.— Gapon 1, Pilgrim’s AV'ay 2, Clanmona 3. . Final Handicap, 1 mile.—Alira 1, Bellah 2, Oratava 3. AVon by half a head, with a head between second and third. Time, Imin 43lsey. Aimwell, winner of the Addington Plate, was bought in by the owner at £43, and Friwolliti, winner of the Giracrack race yesterday, was bought in by the owner at £4O.
