DETAINED IN ENGLAND. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, August 26. The Government has ordered the steamer Arizona at Barrow to be dismantled. She belongs to the owners of the Sea Foam, which was the vessel detained at Gravesend. The assumption is that she is intended to convey war material to Bahia Blanca, Argentine. (Received August 28, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON. August 27. Secretan alia a French firm, are tho owners of' the steamers detained at Barrow and Gravesend. A third steamer, named Salop, belonging to the company, sailed on July 30 for Buenos Ayres. The nature of the cargo is unknown. Several newspapers make a suggestion connecting the embargoed steamers with Royalist projects in Portugal.
