EXCESS OF ZEAL. BY SPANISH COMMANDER. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. ■ LONDON, July 14. The Times Madrid correspondent states that Colonel Sylvestre, the Spanish officer commanding at Alcazar, was over-zealous when he made a demonstration in the direction of Wazan. The Spanish Government assured France they had ordered Sylvestre not to cross the river Lncus. General Moinier has sailed from Rabat for Casablanca. A servant of the French Consul at the Alcazar camp was arrested at the door of his master’s house and forcibly conducted to the Spanish camp. The Consul was unable to secure his release.
