DELIMITATION OF FRONTIERS. Bv Electric Telcgraob.—Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 5. Major A, Woodrolfe, Captain H. Toppin, Lieutenants M. Nanson and C. G. Moore have been sent to Peru for three years to demarcate tho frontier between Peru and Bolivia. They sailed yesterday. LIMA, Jan. 5. Peru has agreed to submit the dispute with Ecuador to Tho Hague Tribunal.
