COST OF WAR MATERIAL. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. SOFIA, Jan. 5. In the debate on the motion that a committee should inquire into tho Stambuloff Cabinet’s purchasing too costly war material, M. Savoff and others stated that foreign advisers had urged Turkey in 1903 to attack Bulgaria without a declaration of war, and Bulgarin’s active army had been increased to 180,000. Correspondents state that the international control of Macedonia prevented n conflict in 1906.
