MINISTERS TO BE PUBLIC GUESTS. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 4. Tho Imperial Government hopes that a full complement of Ministers will attend the imperial Conference. All will he regarded as public guests during the conference. Premiers of dominions attending tho conference will be Royal guests during the coronation, and other Ministers, besides tho Premiers of tho Canadian Provinces and Australian States, will bo treated as distinguished visitors. MELBOURNE, Jnn. 4. Messrs. Fisher, Batchelor, and Pearce will represent the Federal Government at tho Imperial Conference, leaving Australia on April 5.
