BURGLARS AT CARTERTON

A DISAPPOINTMENT. 1 Per Press Association. CARTERTON, Feb. 10. Burglars last night broke into the office of Mr. T. J. Rathbono’s timber yard and fruitlessly examined a safe which was not opened. Tho intruders decamped with seven shilHngs in stamps. Thoro is no clue so Far. The police have tho matter in hand. This is the second burglary that has occurred during the past week. CARTERTON, Feb. 10. Two men have boon arrested at Masterton in connection with the robbery at Mr. Hathbono’s timber yard at Carterton. They had skeleton keys in their possession.
