[The award of the President of the Afgentjne Republic requiring Bolivia to restore to Peru n portion of the territory which the former sold in 1907 to Brazil for £2,000,000, led to disturbances at Lapaz. The mob attacked the Argentine Legation, which, wi,th the Peruvian Legation, had to be strongly guarded.]
