DISPUTE BETWEEN PERU AND BOLIVIA.
By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright LONDON, Sept. 16. It is rumoured at Lapaz that the Peruvian Government has sent an ultimatum demanding Bolivia to accept or reject the arbitration award regarding tho Bolivian boundary.
[The award of the President of the Afgentjne Republic requiring Bolivia to restore to Peru n portion of the territory which the former sold in 1907 to Brazil for £2,000,000, led to disturbances at Lapaz. The mob attacked the Argentine Legation, which, wi,th the Peruvian Legation, had to be strongly guarded.]
