SELLING GINGER ALE.
WELLINGTON, August 27
David Anderson and Son. grocers were charged at the Police Court to-day with selling liquor in less quantities than two gallons. The Ikjuor was ginger ale, which was found to contain 34.19 per cent, of alcohol. A fine ot 20s with costs was imposed. The defendants said they acted unwittingly.
