TESTING MILK.
WELLINGTON, August 27
A deputation of milk vendors waited on the Minister of Health to-day and complained that they had no knowledge of how an analysis of milk was made. The Government Analyst gave h technical explanation, and the # Minister said, with the object of assisting milk vendors to keep up to the standard, an analysis of mijk supplied would be made at intervals so long a* tho privilege was not availed of toy much.
