Per Press Association INVERCARGILL. August 23. A. B. Postle, the world's champion sprinter, who is now competing , with great success in England, naa advised Mr. Woods, president of the Athletic Union, that he arrives in New Zetland in November, and compete* at the principal sports meetings throughout the dominion, leaving New Zealand in April. \
