The annual tnwtttig of the BoarA at Examiners under the Mining and Coal Mines Acts was held to-day, there being present Dr. 801 l (director of geological surveys) in the chair, and Messrs. F. Heed (inspecting engineer of mines), I{. B. Duncan (chief inspector of machinery), H. A. Cordon,' ,1. Bishop, J. Dixon, T. Gilmour, B. Sutherland and H. K. Radcliffe (secretary to the board).
