The House of Commons is considering a vote on account of King Edward's recent visit to Russia. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of Forljeign Affairs, in reply to M* J. G. MacJ'Neill's # criticism that a Foreign Secre■itary did not accompany King ISwdard ■to Reval, said he regarded that nb ■Sovereign adhered more ' closely and ■P consistently to constitutional practice. |f fiis Majesty's visits abroad were specially valuable because he had the special personal gift of conveying to the Government and people of - the country visited the impression of Britain's goodwill.
