SYDNEY^ March 12. The Cou# found the stranding of the steamer South Australian, bound for Texas, on a reef at Fiji, on February 20, was due to a Wrongful act on the part, of the master (Captain Flint) in setting a course too near the reef. Ihe Court called upon him to show cause why his certificate should not be suspended. . >
