A>LOCK-OUT. By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. SYDNEY, March 12. . .The Industrial Court 1 award in connection with the information against G. and C. Hoskins, proprietors of the Lithgow ironworks, and C. Hoskins individually for locking out their employees on July 9 last, the Court was ot opinion that 'Hoskins hadiiot acted out of ill-will or intention to force the men to suhniission, hut from a feeling 'of annoyance. In the first case the Court fined the firm £50 and C. Uoskins £10, with £10 10s costs in each ; case. , '
