Mr. Newton King reports: At Urenui on Monday there was] again a very large muster (principally young cattle), with good attendance of buyers. Mixed calves £1 Is to £1 Bs, yearling steers £1 15s 6d to £2 2s 6d, 18 months heifers £2 ss, 2-year empty £2 16s to £2 17s, 18-months steers £2 13s to £2 16s, 3 to 3^-year £4 6s 6d to £4 10s, store cows £2 2s to £2 12s, fat and forward £3 3s 6d to £4 2s 6d, bulls £1 lls to £2 18s 6d.
At Rahotu on Tuesday there was a good muster with fair attendance. The following prices were realised: — Mixed calves to yearlings £1 2s to £1 163 6d, 12 to IC-months steers £1 17s to £2 ss, 18-months £2 15s to £2 19s Gd. 3-year £4 Is, store cows £1 14s 6d to £2 6s, fat and forward £3 9s to £4 12s 6d.
