Tho Chief Justice has_ delivered his judgment in the case of the Rev. Dr. Frackleton against the Presbytery of Queensland and the General Assembly of tho Presbyterian, Church. He found ihat tho Presbytery* 6<ked harshly, unjustly, and injuriously against plaintiff, whose suspension was illegal and void. The proceedings of the General Assembly were also declared void. The Judge granted a mandamus against the General Assembly and the Presbytery in terms of the claim. Judgi ment w as given for plaintiff with costs of all proceedings.
