Further discussion took place on clergymen' s stipends. The motion proposed was unanimously agreed to. It was also agreed that the Standing Committee, having power to add to its numbers, should consider the whalo question during tho next twelve, mouths. Members were unanimously of opinion that clergymen were shamefully underpaid.
