THE VICTORIAN MINISTRY. (Received Oct. 30, 9.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Oct. 30. Messrs Swinburne, Cameron and Sachsc have retired from the State Ministry to facilitate its reconstruction. ' The Marine Board found that those in charge of the Naming and Yarra showed a want of judgment in trying to pass each other, bxit that the mishap occurred under extraordinary circumstances. The Board did not consider any further action necessary.
