By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received Oct. 26, 8.25 a.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 25. Seventeen automobile cars started in the Vanderbilt Cup race here. The race was won by Mr George Robertson, who drove an American car. The winner covered 258 miles irr 241 minutes — an American record. There were over 250,000 spectators. Many minor accidents occurred, but no fatalities. Only two of the cars finished owing to the spectators swarming over the course. '
