Pitman, formerly amateur champion, presented E. Barry with the Sportsman's Cup and a medal. r> , " Towns was 'given a 1 "^brdial reception*. He suggested that Barry, shoukl make a trip to Australia and meet some of the local men before going to New Zealand to race for the championship of the world.
