Cueshoff , the Bulgarian Agent at Constantinople by not inviting him with the rjeguhtr "diplomatists to a State function, Bulgaria, profiting by a short-lived railway-men's strike, seized the Bulgarian section of the Orient railway and claimed a proportion of the profits hitherto paid to Turkey.. The Porte has addressed to the Bulgarian Government a, note demanding the restoration of the railway tp the company.
