Messrs Jenkins, Matthews and Pigott report:— We had a, good muster of cattle at our Urenui yards on- Monday ( but, owing to the extremely boisterous weather prevailing, few buyers were .present. We quote: — Calves 16s, 18montbi heifers 25s 6d, 2-year heifers 37s to 468, springing cows 70s to 755, store cows 40s, fat and forward cows *75sv hacks 10s to 30s, trap £3. Mr Garland V furniture and effects realised good prices.
