The Hongkong Chamber .of Commerce is circularising the principal Chatnbors in order to' obtain diplomatic action, to stop the Japanese Cotton-spinners' Association's proposal tp insert lottery tickets in bales of yarn, thus fostering Japanese trade to the detriment or Indian trade.
