WAREA.
A message received from Warea this morning stated: News of the bush fires hi the Wares distriot is -very indefinite at present. > There is no news from Ducker's mill, but the, general impression is that it is safe, as there is very little around it to burn. , tChs Newall Road School is in great danger* and it is expected nothing can save it: Several Warea residents tried to get through to the scene of the fires but were unable to dp so. Yesterday the smoke was very thick, but this morning the air was clearer.
