THOROUGHBREDS. The entries in the thoroughbred classes are on the^jbole disappointing. JLn each of several classes there was only r pne entry. The - well-known ex-racer Coronet (Castor—Necklace) now owned by Mr Harry Vine, Manaia, was ad]usg£lSbH|Uftpion. Coronet is a won- * derf ull^ neat horse and shows a lot of , quality and good ion. Malatua,, of -$ew Zealand Cup fame, which was aWarded^sepofld, is- also a .fine animal. Campnre, fey Carbine, is a good horse, , but^tooplig^t^below the knee.
