♦ — Entries for the Easter tournament are very satisfactory, being considerably more than for last y6ar. From Auckland the entries are: W. B. Colbeck, J. C. Burns, H. T. Gillies, W. N. Heather,' D. Hay, D. MacCormick, W. W. Bruce, E. A. Dargaville, and Dr. Bamford. From Wellington: A. Duncan, K. Duncan, J. B. MacEwan. From Wanganui: G. Saunders and H. D. Bates. From Bulls: Colonel Gdrton. From Dunedin: F. Duthie. and T A. Hunter. From Stratford there are, five entries, and five from Hawera. A golf club has been formed at Geraldine. , The members of the P(almerston North Golf Club are, we understand, contemplating the purchase of the property at present owned by the Manawatu Athletic Park Association.
