WEEKLY REPORT. ' ' AUCKLAND, March 20. Horses: — Heavy draughts, at from £32 5s to £42; medium do., £24 10s to £36; hacks and' light harness horses, £6 15s to £18 ; weeds £3 IDs to £7 10s. On Thursday we Held our second sheep fair of the season at the Otahuhu yards. * At Newmarket oxen sold to '22s per lOOlbs, coav 12s to 10s. Steers sold at from £6 5s to £10 2s 6d and cows £3 10s to £6. Dairy cows sold at from £3 10s to £7 ; empty cows, £1 15s to £2 18s; calves los to £1 6s. .Sheep^-Wethers sold at from 16s 9d to £1 3s ; ewes, 15s 3d to £1 ; lambs, 10s 6d to l9s 6d. The store shorn lambs sold at from 6s 6d to 12s. Butter i Dairy ,4sepa*a^or, Ss& to 9d; milling quality, 7§d to Bd. Cheese: In good demand at^S^ cx 1 store.
