The Witswaterand Native Labour Association is proceeding against Mr J. B. Robinson for libel in accusing the Association of deliberately restricting the supply of Kaffirs. (Mr Robinson, who is a well-known mine-owner, declared that thousands of natives, from all directions, are procurable for labour in the mines.)
