At the Haymarbet on Saturday there was only a -limited supply of pigs. Good weaners made- 4/ to 9/, small stores 15/ to 22/., Old horses made £1 to £1 17/6. ' '

At the mart there was a large entry .of poultry, and good prices were : realised. Hens made lid to 1/7, pullets 1/6 to 3/, roosters 2/ to 4/4, cockered 1/2 to 3/, ducks 1/ to 2/10.
