A few minutes before he and other oflicials were leaving Warsaw Castle yesterday to attend tho Cathedral service in honour of the Cfear's birthday, a Polish Revolutionary Socialistic shoemaker named Dobrowtolski, seated outside a cafe near the Cathedral, looked nervously towards tho Castlo. His d<\moa l nour exciting suspicion, two detectiives approached in opposite directions, and .each seized him 'by the hands, causing a bomb to drop out o^ Dobrowolski's pocket. It exploded. Dobrowolski and a detective were killed. Twenty-one others were injured, including three lady students and two schoolboys, three of them seriously. Many arrests have been made.
