The German Navy League's press propaganda was severely criticised in the Tirichstag and by independent ov-g-ans, as calculated to excite mistrust in Great Britain, and embarrass the German Government. The Kaiser, replying to a telegram of homage from the Leagme Congress, expressed! dissatisfaction at tho League's policy.
In conseq^ience of this the president and vice-president have resigned.
