At the Borough Council meeting on Monday night Air Collis moved, that by-law 312 be anicndqd to compel billiard rooms etc., to close at 10 p.m., and to imjpose the conditions that boys who in the opinion of the police are under the age of Hi years, and persons of undesirable character shall not be allowed to enter or play at any game therein."
